Patient Positioning
Patient lies prone, leg in extended position. You may put a small pillow under the ankle.
Probe Positioning
Place the transducer on longitudinal plane over the medial aspect of the dorsal joint on the long axis of the semimembranosus tendon and medial head of gastrocnemius.
Patient after meniscal root tear repair (anchor) and persistent pain in the dorsal aspect of the knee.
