Patient Positioning
Patient lies supine, leg internally rotated, knee 20-30 flexed.
Probe Positioning
Place the transducer on a transverse plane over the peroneal head (easy to palpate)
Note: patient with ganglion cyst at the fibular head / fibulotibial joint without entrapment of the common peroneal nerve.
