Patient Positioning
Patient supine, leg may be in slight external rotation.
Probe Positioning
Place the transducer on oblique longitudinal planes over the femoral neck and head. Move over the cyst. Perform injection in plane.
In plane injection of the paralabral anterolateral ganglion cyst with steroids, local anaesthetics and hyaluronic acid.
