Patient Positioning
Patient seated, arm in internal rotation, elbow flexed (90°) and pronated. resting on the examination table (pillow). For injection, place the arm elbow flexed at the examination table in pronation, elbow slightly raised (pillow)
Probe Positioning
Use “Cobra positon” to scan the distal biceps tendons insertion dynamically during supination and pronation.
Note: utrasound guided injection of the distal biceps tendons insertion in plane. First use "Cobra positon" to scan the distal biceps tendons insertion dynamically during supination and pronation.
